Project Name: Noi Bai – Ha Long Expressway (Elevated Section).

Location: Kim Anh, Noi Bai, Soc Son, and Da Phuc Communes.

Investment Objective: To construct and complete transport infrastructure connecting to Ring Road No. 4 to form a closed loop; elevated roadway with a synchronized cross-section of 100–120 m.

Proposed Scale: Approximately 18.5 km in length, including 6 lanes of elevated expressway and 4 lanes of parallel roads.

Proposed Area: Approximately 220 ha.

Proposed Implementation Schedule: 2025 - 2030.
